been enjoying myself too much to stick to my weekly updates. so here's one before i fly for thailand again this saturday.
well let's just say that the first major event i coORDinated wasn't very successful. but i shan't be too hard on myself. there's too much incompetence going around.
met liz on wednesday after two nights outfield. was exhausted but you were flying off again. can't believe you didn't bring our gifts back to australia. well, actually i did expect it to a certain extent. but that's besides the point. they were meant for you to feel more at home. anyway... it was nice catching up again. you look happy :)
friday was happy hour again. didn't manage to get too happy coz i had to leave early to meet up with the canoeing guys. but i have to mention that kia was gone after a mere two beers! haha. missed dinner but managed a chat over oily sticks (wg say one) and soya bean at smu. had a fun night with pk, yk, cc and wg, and the gals :) next time it'll be ht treating me ^.^
went to sentosa with lips on saturday. totally forgot i was going! haha. lucky he reminded me that morning. went to yw's play after. was cool. to say it had standard would be being modest. anyway... after contemplating where to eat, and ending up not actually eating, i had another fun night. this time with booms and gang. bumped into quite a few people. like cock in the mouth and abes. awesome fun :D slept over at booms' place.
overslept and missed lesson! haha. so irresponsible of me. anyway. funny thing happened. walked out to the bus stop to head back home. boarded the bus, and realised when i sat down that i didn't know what bus i was on. luckily it took me home. haha. booms did the same thing. on the mrt! haha. headed to sentosa. brought hans and law. they're good ^.^ too bad we spent much of our time on a digging expedition for the lost peg. sigh...
this week just flew by... most of the time i was in camp i was "settling some stuff."
went for dance class on wednesday! with lips. it was FUN! and the instructor said i've "got the groove." haha. made my day :D
just came back from dinner with sec2clique. almost bought shoes. but didn't. i've got to manage my finances better. walked around and sat around a lot. seems damn bo liao... but with you guys, i never bother to look at the time :)
going to bed now. night.

been a while...
been busy with work. and stressed with people. but it'll be over soon.
these are the highlights of the highlights:
ikea with tomato chua and cloud on the 29th. i came half an hour late with a 30 dollar hole in my wallet :( the cab ride was crazy long. but it was FUN spending time with you guys :)
met ct for dinner on the 30th. pastamania at westmall. wrong move. there's absolutely nothing to do there. haha. but it was nice htht-ing after.
uncle lee's farewell party on the 3rd. managed to catch up with the guys from 20 who i'd have otherwise probably not seen outside extremely coincidental meetings. brian's gone off now. but we'll definitely meet up when he gets back end of the year ^.^
the world cup finals on sunday night the 11th. man i hate spain. it's so loser the way they play. they never score more than one goal coz they're freaking cowards who don't even bother trying after the first goal. frustrating...
cadet cohesion at sentosa on the 16th. fun to play volleyball with new people who can play so well. totally different level. chili's was a little pricey but hey... first time's okay. the food was not bad at all. and the service was up there.
watched inception after. was an impromptu tfc movie outing with all the junior instructors less nigel. (i feel so bad that we didn't send him off. we must definitely be there when he touches down. hopefully we can be.) the movie was good but i was too tired to really appreciate the plot i think. wouldn't mind watching it again. *hint* stayed over at kia's place after the movie. was supposed to run at pasir ris the next morning but overslept. had lunch near his place and went off after.
spent some time on the computer when i got home. napped. dressed. dropped by abang's place. and off i went to meet josh, kia and du lan. dinner at bk. had fun last night :D. spent the rest of the night at kia's place again. it's becoming a second home. haha.
woke up this morning and comfortably made it to lesson on time. got home and napped. GREAT WEEKEND :D

your strength makes me uncomfortable sometimes. coz you're so sure of yourself. always choosing the right thing to do. and i choose otherwise. sometimes not realising it. but most of the time on purpose. it's really tiring to play goody two shoes all the time. i don't know how you do it. but that's what defines you. to me at least. so still in all the current.
